I have always made my own spanikopita and out west I had a frozen brand I used for myself in a pinch. When I came east there were many products I could not find -and one was that frozen spinach pie. However, for once I was lucky not to find the brand I wanted. Your spanikopita is so good it is addictive.
It is remarkably better- more flavorful and moister than any I have ever made or tasted.
I have tracked down where your products are in NY and will get my mother some for her freezer!
Too bad you don't make it in big tray sizes!

My husband and I LOVE LOVE LOVE your bean & cheese burritos. We practically live off of them -- I eat them every day for breakfast, and usually one or two others throughout the day for lunch or a snack. They are so tasty and filling.

Why I Love Cedarlane Natural Frozen Foods

Why do I love Cedarlane Natural Frozen Foods? I guess the biggest reason besides how good they taste is convenience. I know microwave cooking times vary with the microwave oven but I've found most Cedarlane products can be ready in 6-7 minutes. So I get home from work, pop one (sometimes after the first one, a second) in the microwave, watch a little TV and presto, my meal is ready.
